Uninstalling Users Registration

    I need help! I want to uninstall the users registration so that ANYONE can leave a comment without logging in. I had already deleted the plugin folder for it, but how come it still says “You must be logged in to post a comment”? I also deleted all of the users who had subscribed but it still doesn’t work. Not many people leaves me comments on my website, maybe because they don’t feel like registering for a user name. So I’d figured that if I deleted the plugin, people will want to be able to leave a comment without registering for a user name. So please someone help me if you know how to fix this problem.

    admin – settings – discussion
    configure it there

    also, each post (edit or add new) has a discussion area below post screen – be sure you are allowing it there
