Mail Tab, “To” Back End Issue

I recently launched this website from our development server and ran into an issue when adding the clients email to the form field. I can use my email and receive the submission fine, but when I add the clients email to the “To” field in the Mail tab of the form creator, it no longer works. I have tested many things, like turning off plugins and other emails but to no avail. In addition, I sent the email to a co-worker at my same domain which successfully sent, and also tested with a gmail. It seems whenever the domain is switched to: njms.org it causes an issue. To further narrow it down, I changed my email to .org which also sent. Is there something I am missing? Any help would be awesome, thanks!
