    I have created the form and everything but it does send the mail when someone fills and submits it

    Hi,

    Please install the Postman SMTP plugin and test to see if your server is sending the emails properly.

    I have other forms on the site and they send data, what i want to understand are the settings to put in the email tab: below are my current settings, is there anything wrong?

    Form Name: MT5 Demo
    Email To: requests@precisefx.com
    Email Subject:MT5 New Request
    Email From Name: Full Name
    Email Format: text
    Success Message: The form was sent successfully!

    I’ve sent test submissions with these exact settings on our website. Please confirm if you have received the emails or not.

    Name : test

    Message : Test message.

    your email came through.
    how do i show the success message and also how do i redirect to a new url. thx

    To display the success message the form must send the email successfully.

    You can redirect for subscribe form widget but not on form builder widget.
