UPS XML Error

Recently our shipping has been throwing errors. When an address is put in, there is still a message that “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.” When I enable UPS Debugging, I see that the access is denied. Any help would be great.

Hi @weberjacob,

Can you please confirm to us that you are using the latest version of the plugin (1.2.10)?

Ideally the latest version should not have this problem.
Kindly confirm this to us.

Using WooCommerce Version 3.2.6 and WooCommerce UPS Shipping Version 3.2.1

You seem to be using the premium version of the plugin.
Unfortunately, we cannot take up any query with regards to the premium version here as this forum is for customers using the basic version.

Hi, I have installed the UPS(basic) but I dont see any UPS method on my cart page, what causes this? thanks

Hi @francistan77,

– Enable debug option in plugin settings page and then place an order from the cart page. You will see a request and response info. Kindly check what error is showing in the response.

If you are not able to understand it, just paste it here.

Hi @francistan77,

Thanks for that.
Kindly go to plugins settings page and then keep the “Weight/Dimension Units” as “LBS/IN”.

Then go to WooCommerce –> Settings –> Products and then under Weight Unit and Dimension Unit, kindly select the proper unit(The same set of units selected in plugin settings page) and then proceed. This should fix your problem.

Hi @haroonahmad,

This means that the service you are looking for is not applicable for your shipment.You can check which services are applicable from the UPS price calculator

You will definitely get those services which are reflected there.
