Problems with themes previews

Hello everybody,

I have a problem that I’m going a little crazy. With the themes of this style: http://www.problogthemes.com/videophotogame/ with small preview images do not get the images out.

For example, in which I have linked, add the post with the videos (youtube, blip.tv. .. da same with which you do) and I get no image in the demo of the theme. I get only the link (you can see it here http://www.facilware.com/es/) if I click on the links, I opened the post and the video is perfect. The same thing happens with the images.

I put that example, but I think with all the items on that style, with images, videos … I do not know if we should add a special plugin for this type of issues, I installed that comes within them, but nothing.
