Using a text without the icon or text with the icon looks fine on my desktop. However when using an Android mobile or Android tablet is does not. Text is not centered when used without the icon. When icon and text are used at the same time they are mingled. The text field does not accept html so i am not able to experiment with that.

After update the alignment issue with the icon are solved, however a new problem introduced. I will open a new issue for the sake of transparency.
