@adventurequalifications The issue you’re experiencing usually happens when BackupGuard plugin conflicts with another plugins or theme. Usually these are non well developed plugins (e.g. we’ve found plugins called “Simple Calendar” and “Gmail SMTP” which use php autoload functionality which is not recommended in WordPress plugin development). To determine which plugin is causing malfunction please disable all the plugins and re-enable them one by one thus detecting the problematic plugin. As the issue is a conflict with another plugin and has nothing to do with BackupGuard, we highly recommend reporting the issue to that plugin developers.
