Shipping calculator

Hi Jeroen,

I enabled the city filter in shipping-calculator.php and disabled the post code filter.

I got free advanced shipping method and one flat shipping rate in my shop. The advanced shipping method works fine in the chart after the address customer input but doesn’t works in the calculator.

Why?
