Can the plugin ship to country without postal code?

    Do you have shipment from Hong Kong to Hong Kong? I find that when I type Hong Kong as destination, no shipping rate is returned. I enable the debug mode but cannot find any error reminder. It seems the plugin cannot get shipping rate for the detination without postal code. Please could you help?

    Also, I don’t why the rates returned seem abnormal. The rates are extremely big, not like the normal rates I usually see. My product is 50kg and shipping within USA. But the shipping rate can be up to $3000 – 4000. Do you know any wrong doing for my setting?

    Hi @johnfung,

    It seems FedEx does not have intra-country sevices available.

    Here is what i get when I am querying for rates from Hong Kong to Hong Kong shipments :

    Hence, if FedEx does not have API sevices available, then unfortunately, we cannot be of help.
