• Hi,

when I include the [email-download]-Shortcode on my page, my logo and WordPress-Panel (on the top, when you are logged in) disappear.
Also, the form dosen’t display or the footer on my page (where the shortcode is included).

I am currently using the “Bridge”-Theme with

Email Before Download – Version 5.1.0
      Download Monitor – Version 4.0.1
      Contact Form 7 – Version 5.0

      PHP version: 5.6.33

    Other PlugIns:

      Visual Composer – Version 4.12

Before the EBD 5.0 update, everything worked as intended. But since the update, the form isn’t showing up.

    Thanks for your help

I would suggest adding some debug options to your wp-config.php file and seeing if that will help give some more information as to the cause.

After enabling WP_DEBUG I get following messages:

[15-Mar-2018 14:40:05 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined index: download_id in /home/***/html/wp/wp-content/plugins/email-before-download/includes/class-email-before-download-shortcode.php on line 43
[15-Mar-2018 14:40:05 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function getAttribute() on null in /home/***/html/wp/wp-content/plugins/email-before-download/includes/class-email-before-download-form.php on line 37

Unfortunately it isn’t possible to update PHP on the server (still 5.6.33).
Can you fix this problem to support the PHP version in the next EBD update? 🙂
