Duplicate Products in Cart

    On our WooCommerce site, we have 8 video file products and 35 audio file products. When you add the 35 audio files from the shop page to the cart, the quantity added is “35”, however some products will be duplicated as quantity of 2 and some triplicated as quantity of 3. Every time you refresh the shop page on our site and add all 35 files to the cart again, different files will duplicate and triplicate. Sometimes more, sometimes less. We cannot find any consistency in the issue. We have confirmed that the 35 audio file products are all unique, none are duplicated. We have updated the theme and plug ins on our site and have deactivated the sorting plugin for the shop page on our site.

    How are you adding the 35 audio files at once exactly? I don’t see any bundled products or something like that?

    There is very likely a theme or plugin conflict occurring.
