Download link shows empty page | WordPress.org

Hi,
We are using your plugin for download the file, for that user have to fill up the contact form. Then it show the download link. But for me, when I click the download link in contact form it shows empty page and not send the download link to the user email. Please help me to resolve this issue.

What version of PHP are you using.
I’m starting to see a pattern with the DomDocument warnings and the version of PHP being used.
I’ll have to look in to what DOMDocument has changed over the last few versions.

Hi,

I actually found the problem, it’s very simple… I hade the wrong quotation marks around the id for the file. download_id=”XXXX” insted of download_id=”XXXX”

After changing this, perfect!
