not sure about a plug in but you can embed content. just like you can embed a youtube video.
Are you talking about embedding static content or tracking content that changes? Can you provide a link to content you are interested in?

My client runs a horse racing handicapping site. An example of the type of content he’s interested in would be the first few paragraphs found here:

I thought I found something earlier today that would accomplish what we’re looking for, but I was distracted a couple of dozen phone calls and can’t find that reference. Not sure if I found it on wordpress or on a targeted Gmail ad.
