Contact Form 7 doesnt scroll on mobile

I noticed that when I use the Contact Form 7 plugin on the same website with the Form Calculator Premium plugin, in the place where the CF7 plugin is used, it is not possible to scroll the page on mobile version. Can you tell me if its fault caused by CF7 or “ez Form Calculator”?
