    But how i can enable the awesome design?

    You can check the screenshot by my link in 1st post – there is big difference between my order page and release notes..

    The design should be enabled by default unless you have a theme or plugin that is overriding the default functionality of the orders screen.

    I would suggest you disable all plugins except WooCommerce and also switch to a default theme like Storefront and test it that way to eliminate any interference via a plugin or your theme.

    Thank you very much, disabled all plugins, cleared all cache, and after enabling plugins step-by-step the design start work!
