Getting following error when trying to send email from any admin page.

PHP Warning: Missing argument 3 for wp_mail() in /home/apollo/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 173

The page ends up on a blank white screen. An example is clicking on the “forgot password” and trying to have wp try and email a link to reset my password.

    Hi,

We recommend installing a fresh installation of the Plugin.

Delete the plugin, and re-install it again!

    This will fix your problem.

    Thanks

Ok thank you. Will I lose my settings when i delete the plugin, or will they be saved?

I have the same problem. I want to follow this thread.
Will I lose my settings if I remove the plugin? I didn’t save the email settings from my client.

I was able to uninstall and reinstall the SMTP plugin. The settings were saved! BUT the error message

Mail SMTP: wp_mail has been declared by another add-on or theme, so you can not use Post SMTP until this conflict is resolved.
