Hello @barnwoodstar,
Thanks for your ticket. The issue you have mentioned is unusual and I failed to reproduce on my local server. Would you please contact us directly? Then, I would be able to check your website 🙂
Nazmul,
The issue will happen when user submit withdraw request from an IPV6 IP address as the length of IP Field in dokan_withdraw table is only 20. It can be fixed by increasing the length of the IP field in this table.
Actually we have fixed a lot of critical bugs in Dokan lite & Pro by ourselves and we hope that Wedevs can really focus on fixing the existing bugs. Honestly, Dokan is a potential product but it really contains tons of minor and critical bugs in Lite and Pro version especially incorrect calculation and illogical system workflow.
We believe that WeDevs need a testing team to study and reproduce all the system workflow of Dokan. Even we are a premium user, we are not confident to ask WeDevs to fix the bugs when we face issues. This is because in every version update, although it has fixed few bugs but it also create more new bugs. So we hope that WeDevs can re-test all Dokan functions and workflow before releasing any new version.
Currently, we need to recheck, test and re-fix all the bugs & calculation in Dokan lite + Pro update.
Hope you don’t mind about our comments and can understand our concern as a user.
Wish you all the best and have a nice day.
