Can’t remove bulk discount!

    I don’t seem to have the ‘enable bulk discount’ line anymore for me to be able to disable it and I have disabled this option within products but the discount is still there at check out.

    I’ve also tried deactivation the plugin, deleting the plugin and I’ve deleted the action discount offer.
