theme defaults back after layout is in place

My employer has purchased the flexx themes multi-pack. We have decided to use the flexx red theme and have uploaded it to the site. The url is http://www.discninja.com/wordpress. After about a day, sometimes two, the format of the layout reverts back to the default and we loose all of the links, widgets, etc. Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening?
