Translate via WPML

Hi!

Seems like is not possible to translate title and body message of sign up confirmation with WPML, could you kindly modificate your plugin to let us using shortcodes in all fields please ?

I will using blocks to translate in my 3 langs so I need to just put shortcodes in each field like for title : [block id=”email-subscribers-title-confirmation”]

But right now I see the shortcode not his content 🙁
