index file problem

Hi,

I am brand new to WP, and am just getting it set up. I have FTP’d it to my web host, and installed it, and can access my dashboard, publish posts etc. However, when you visit the website, (http://www.thephonelounge.com), it is just a placeholder page. How do I get it to show the blog that I have created?
