    In the Settings, I have changed some text in our “Offline Donation Instructions”. I save the changes, and the text appears correct. However, when a user selects “Offline Donation”, the old text continues to display. I have tried everything I can think of, and I cannot get the page to properly update after saving the changes in the Settings. Any help is appreciated!

  • It’s possible the Offline Donation Instructions in your FORM has the old settings.

    Do this:

    1. Go to Donations > All Forms > Click your form > Click offline donations
    *Make sure the instructions here are correct

    2. Go to Donations > Settings > Payment Gateways > Offline Donations
    *Make sure the instructions here are correct

    HI @landrights — I agree with @zonwarrior your form settings might not be set correctly. If you double-check that and they ARE set correctly, are you currently able to change other settings of the form correctly, and they are reflected on the front-end correctly?

    Also, have you cleared your cache? Plugin cache, or server cache, or CDN cache (like Cloudflare)?
