As a non-technical user with a small budget, I needed a good backup system and staging that I could use for my small business site. WPTC looked promising so I tried it. The installation went well, as did staging. However, I ran into some difficulties with restoring from a backup. The restore problem had to do with the existence of some legacy host’s address code in an obscure file, a problem I would’ve never identified nor solved. WPTC coordinated with my hosting provider’s support person, and and got my site up and running again. Their support was timely and effective.
