Plugins Upload Not Working

    I have recently attempted to upload a few plug ins through the Uploade Option and the upload is getting hung-up on “…unpacking plugin…” and it just hangs with this message.

    Can’t find anything in forums.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I’m a newbie and could be offbase, but I have a couple suggestions:

    1. unpack the plugins before trying to upload them.
    2. Call your server’s support. I did that this morning and a HostGator tech guided me through the process of downloading free ftp software, activating it, and dragging the plugin folder on my computer to the plugins folder on the ftp page.
