Installing Multisite (Need help)

I am currently trying to setup a WordPress Multsite environment. I followed the instructions from wpbeginner and managed to get into my multisite admin pannel but whenever I try to go in my subsite admin panel I get an “Error 404 The resource requested could not be found on this server!”.

Are you using Subdomains?
If so, have you configured the wildcard properly?
