Menu Not Appearing

I just installed and set-up the plugin on my site and it does not seem to be adding a tab to the WooCommerce account menu.

My site uses BuddyBoss theme built for BuddyPress plugin and I use the WC4BP -> WooCommerce BuddyPress Integration to add the WooCommerce menu to the BuddyPress profile/panel. I am not sure if this has anything to do with it or if I have not activated a needed setting but if you could test this setup on a test site or provide any insight as to how I can get this to appear in the WooCommerce menu I would be very appreciative.
