Please How do I fix this error?

    So I moved my site to a new server and all was fine until I made my first post yesterday and suddenly my site went down and when i try isiting I get this error.

    ‘Warning: require_once(/home/otownloa/public_html/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/otownloa/public_html/wp-content/themes/Newsmag/includes/wp_booster/td_global.php on line 548

    Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/otownloa/public_html/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/otownloa/public_html/wp-content/themes/Newsmag/includes/wp_booster/td_global.php on line 548′

    Please I need help on this! It has really giving me sleepless nights

    The key here is “Permission denied”. Check the permissions on wp-content/themes and all subdirectories. The should be owned by the same user that runs the PHP process and secured as 755 (directories) and 644 (files).

    If that doesn’t make sense, please contact your host’s tech support.
