Giving up on BackupGuard

After a successful test of the free BG plugin, I purchased the Platinum upgrade. Sadly it doesn’t work. I have not been able to schedule backups to Google Drive. I’ve requested a refund per the guarantee statement on the plugin’s home page but have received no response. I’m moving on.

I discovered the UpdraftPlus WordPress Backup Plugin which provides basic scheduling and uploads to Google Drive for free, and it seems to work.
