Payment process fails at ‘Continue to payment’
The client has lost multiple sales today, need to know whether this is a WooCommerce issue or a Stripe one.

This just stopped working today. Don’t understand what’s changed with the site.

Just taking a guess you have some sort of custom field plugin? Turn that off and re-test.
