If I switch to Stripe Checkout it says Payment Processing Failed, Please Retry. It never brings up the Stripe Checkout pop-up.

I would recommend you first try clearing your browser cache. Close the browser and re-open. See if that fixes it. If not, then check your console to see any JS errors.
It is happening for multiple users across different platforms.

Try disabling all plugins except WooCommerce and Stripe and re-test.

Something on your site isn’t compatible with 4.0 is what I am assuming.

Tough to do right now as we’re in the middle of a ticket sale push. I might try and set up a staging site.
Okay, made a staging site, disabled everything except Woo and the updated Stripe gateway and the problem persists.
I am seeing this error in the js console:
Content Security Policy: Directive ‘frame-src’ has been deprecated. Please use directive ‘child-src’ instead.
Not sure if that is related to the problem.
