New Update Disabling Page Builder

    The new update 2.0.3.2 disables usage of the page builder. I had to restore my site to before update since I need page builder as I am not a big coder. Does anyone else have this problem? Is it just conflicting with a plugin I have maybe. Ugh. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey @royalevents,

    Thanks for posting!

    When on the latest version, what happens when you launch the page builder? Does the builder’s interface load but not respond? If so, there may be a JS conflict from a 3rd party plugin or theme. Going through the plugin deactivation route should isolate the issue, i.e., disable all plugins and test the Beaver Builder while reactivating each to determine if the issue is related to a 3rd party plugin.

    Ugh, yeah it goes to the standard:

    This page isn’t working
    453.104.myftpupload.com is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500

    I’ve tried a couple of times, but have to restore b/c it disables my pagebuilder.

    Hey @royalevents,

    A 500 error is actually a problem with the server. Can you try getting in touch with your hosting and see if they can find anything from the server logs which might point us to the right direction?
