I got this message Abonnement aangepast van ‘In de wacht’ naar ‘Actief’ totdat de betaling mislukt, omdat de verwerkingstijd voor een SEPA-incasso-betaling langer is.
I know why this is,but it creates a new problem, when customers have pauzed there subscriptions
Please confirm that my understanding of the issue is correct.
The message “Updated subscription…” is only added when the subscription is being renewed.
These people seem to suspend their subscription after a renewal order is already created and the SEPA payment is in processing?
They do not pause it before the subscription renewal, otherwise the renewal would not take place/be created.
Then, I think they suspend between the renewal payment creation and the status update of the payment, and the status update sets the subscription back to active.

The order was created on 16dec, and the user had paused on 18dec, en the payment was recieved on 20dec, and that changed it back to active.
Is this fixed in the new version?
No, I had to release that version with other fixes, and will now continue on this issue. I needed, I’ll release another bug fix once this is solved.
Oke thanks, is there any timeframe for the next update? There was 4 months between the last en recent update….
I’ll try to get you a fix today, and hopefully a full update within a week. There was a bit too much time between the updates, I agree, the next one will be released earlier.
