• Hello,

Since last update 4 weeks ago, a friend of mine doesn’t see the extension when he creates a new post. There isn’t the option “Auto-post” where he can write text he wants to show on Facebook with its website link.
I have installed the extension on my own website and everything is working very well, so I am wondering why it couldn’t be working on its side?
I’ll be able to show all settings again in a few days, but he seems to be admin on the wordpress website so this doesn’t explain the problem. I have some path of research already such as “filters” in the settings option but if you have any clue of what I should check, that would help a lot!
I add that everything was working well on its wordpress before the update… so some settings might have changed (maybe) since that?

    Thanks a lot!

SNAP is no longer forcing regular posts to be autoposted. You can switch that on and off now.
Please go to plugin Settings Page -> Filters and include “post” in the post types section.
You will see the SNAP metabox after that.

Thanks for your quick answer. Indeed, this was what I thought!
Finally very easy to solve :)!

Do you now if it is possible to have a “schedule” option in the metabox when we write a new post? He told me that he had it before but I can’t find any option for that and can only post it now.
(I know I can schedule it through a “quick post” but not is the post page itself)

    Thanks again!
