UM 2.0 role name in Russian

    Hi,
    I use 2.0 version of Ultimate Member, named the role in Russian, and now I can not even delete it.
    The role ID looks like this: um_%d0%b0%d0%ba%d1%82%d0%b8%d0%b2%d0%bd%d1%8b%d0%b9-%d0%b6%d0%b8%d1%82%d0%b5%d0%bb%d1%8c-%d0%b4%d0%be%d0%bc%d0%b0-um

    There are other oddities, but I still can not accurately reproduce them.
