Can’t Hide Posts Menu (Tags Remains)

    I can’t seem to completely hide the Posts menu in the admin menu editor. I’m trying to edit the “Editor” role to hide Posts, but Posts remains with the “Tags” option underneath. Clicking on Posts itself brings you to the tags option. I’ve used the red “Hide Menu” button to try to hide Posts altogether (shows the red eye with slash through it in list.) Any ideas how to get around this?

    Hi @rpodsada,

    Seams like one of the submenus for Posts was not restricted. I’m pretty sure if you switch to Editor role and on the Backend Menu click on the Posts, you’ll see that Tags submenu is not restricted.

    Simply try to click “Show Menu” and then “Restrict Menu” or simply restrict all submenus one-by-one.
