Lost page editing capability in admin

Hello

I have just transfered an existing wordpress site to a new hosting plan (with the same company – Gandi) The hosting plans are identical.
Apart from a problem with the ssl certificat, now resolved it went fine at least I thought so until I opened the Admin.

I am not able to edit the pages and when I am on the front end of the site the top admin bar is missing
In the back end everything looks normal I have full access to the admin menu plugins etc.

When I select a page to edit it opens up but the page content is not visible.

It could be that the Divi theme builder is not working properly.. So before I contact their support I wanted to run this through here in case its something else and can be resolved easily…?

I am running the development version of WP and all plugins themes are up to date.

I checked the Apache error logs and there is a large amount of permission denied lines in there
