images filename and lightbox

    I have purchased the premium version of Ultimate Product Catalogue and for the most part it works fine. But I have a couple of issues regarding additional images on productpages. When going to a product page an clicking on any image it opens up in large size and you can click thru all images.
    1. How can I get the filename/title of the image to be viewed with the image?
    2. When installing Ultimate Lightbox plugin, the images opens up in the lightbox, but underneath the lightbox, the images also opens up in large size. When closing the lightbox I have to click outside the image twice to close down both images. How can I get only one “lightbox”?
    3. Is there a way to only veiw the main image once? When clicking thru the additional images for one product the main image appears twice?

    I hope to get an answer to all three of my questions, they are equally important to me and my client.

    Hello ninasaether,

    1. How can I get the filename/title of the image to be viewed with the image?
    – Unfortunately, there is no option in the plugin to do so.

    2. When installing Ultimate Lightbox plugin, the images opens up in the lightbox, but underneath the lightbox, the images also opens up in large size. When closing the lightbox I have to click outside the image twice to close down both images. How can I get only one “lightbox”?
    – You could turn off the settings for the image to show in a lightbox and it will show you only one lightbox. You can check out the Lightbox Option in the Premium section under the Options Tab in the plugin dashboard.

    3. Is there a way to only view the main image once? When clicking thru the additional images for one product the main image appears twice?
    – Do you mean that the main image appears twice once in the Main image dive above and once in the additional images div below? If you remove the Main image from the additional images div below on the product page, you will not be able to see the enlarged version of that image in the Main Image div as it will be removed.

    Thanks for your response. Question 1 and 2 have been resolved.

    Question 3. The main image is only uploaded once, when I added the product. I then added additional images, leaving the main image out. When you click on the main image or any of the additional images and cycle thru all images the main images appears twice.

    Could you please send us a link to the product page that you are talking about in order for us to see why this is happening. Ideally, this should not happen if you have uploaded the image only once.
