Fix 404 error at page loading

    Dear all,
    I am using CF7 ( 4.9.2 ) on my website, but there is a 404 error occuring at page loading.
    Everything seems to work perfectly well, except when you try to use this form and submit a message. So then, the page is not showing up at all, and no message is being sent.

    At the initial stage, the below message appears into chrome dev tool console:
    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

    Should you have any suggestion, please let me know.

    Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all other plugins.

    Thank so much for your reply. But I cannot switch to the default theme and deactivate every plugins. I want to keep my design quality and website functionnalities.
