Vendor :before product title

@thedream09 we are using the WooCommerce filter woocommerce_get_item_data to display the vendor’s name and it will by default display the name always after the product tile. So, you can adjust the name place of the vendor by custom CSS, alternatively, you have to remove this action and add your own custom action to place the vendor name.
