    Tablet and Mobile View is Displaying Menu Items That Should Not Be Displayed.

    I have one menu and it is set to only appear in one location in the theme. I have a few menu items that should not be displaying, but they are in mobile/tablet view. It’s fine on desktop view, but when viewing from tablet/phone, it shows links that are not in the menu as per the settings of that menu.

    Example:

    http://scott.offord.me/oZpR (incorrect menu items – tablet view)
    http://scott.offord.me/oZk3 (incorrect menu items – mobile view)

    I have exact same issue. How to exclude unwanted pages that appear automatically in the menu on smaller display width devices than desktop width (desktop is fine)?

    Storefront has separate menus where you can add different menu items for the regular and mobile menus. Have you tried checking both of those menus?

    To create a menu with the items you wish to show on mobile/tablet, go to Appearance > Customize > Menus on your dashboard, add a new menu, then add the pages and drag to reorder.

    Assign this to Menu Location ‘Handheld Menu’, and double check any other menus to ensure only this menu is set to handheld. This way you can select/exclude pages as required.

    WORKS! I beleive it was a browser cache thing, that I had it right but didn’t know it.
