If the Facebook debugger returns a “More Than One OG URL Specified” error, that means, another plugin (aside from the Yoast plugin) or your theme, is generating another OG meta tags. Please try deactivating all of your plugins except the Yoast plugins and switch to a default theme like Twenty Seventeen. If the problem goes away, activate your plugins one at a time and check if the issue comes back for every plugin activated. Finally, after all plugins are active, switch to your theme and see if the problem recurs. This will narrow down the conflict to a specific plugin or your theme.
I found the culprit and have lost the error. My url still isn’t showing the correct title and meta description when I share it to Facebook.

I checked the source code of your site and compared the link preview result being shown in the Facebook debugger, both the title and description match.
I guess that page is working now – except for the image. My other pages still are not working though. The page title I set with Yoast doesn’t match on Facebook when I share the URL for any of my other pages.

We compared the code of both pages and the og:title URL is reading correctly in both the Facebook Sharing Debugger, and in the Facebook preview.
