Backup / Export / Import – Meta Data

Is there an easy way to Backup all Meta Data for posts and archives for a later restore?

In my latest support post i told you that the update of yoast 6.0 killed all data in wp_options -> wpseo_taxonomy_data.

The field was just empty, put the data back from an old backup doesnt help and i need to backfill all data manually.

So now i need an option to backup all (but just) the meta data for all posts/pages and archives (categorys/tags), i mean title, description, og, robots and canonical or an easy way to export and import the data.

Any ideas @team Yoast ?
