    How can i list the submission on new page. I want to use this form as suggestion form, so i need to display the form submission in front.

    Hi,

    Please note that the plugin has the Front-End Submissions option which is available for the Pro version of the plugin.
    It lets you choose which fields to display to users, and present the information with a personalized look.
