Custom Field is not storing data

    I have a Form Field Manager Tool installed with give plugin in our wp site.

    we have a form which contains a “designation” custom field created by Form field manager appear on our donation form, when a donor select a designation (custom field) and submit a donation sometimes the value is stored and sometimes the value is not stored into donation details “give donations dashboard”… I have tested on chrome and firefox using incognito mode

    Hey @jarriagabarron – I see that you’re asking about a paid add-on for Give. Unfortunately, WP.org forums specify all questions here should only be about the free add-on. However, you can always submit a priority support ticket here: https://givewp.com/priority-support/

    Taking a quick look at your site, it looks like the “Gift Designation” is an optional field. Could the donor’s donations that submitted changed it from the option to the default “Select” option? Have you tried making it a required field?
