Mobile Address Bar Hide/View

Hi!
I updated to 4.9.1 and realised that in the mobile view ,the address bar is hideing. Is there any option where i can turn it off?
It is looks so bad, the header image is chopping when i scroll. I dont want to hide the address bar.

My test site have the 1.3 Twenty Seventeen theme(no hide), and on my new site 1.4 Twenty Seventeen theme (address bar hiding)
Is it possibble to downgrade the theme to 1.3 on wp 4.9.1? Or is that an easier option?

Is it safe to rollback to 1.3 Twenty Seventeen theme version on wp 4.9.1 with this?

If you’re still looking for support with this problem, can you show us your website? Try deactivating all of your plugins to explore whether any could be responsible.

My problem is the new Twenty Seventeen theme hiding the addressbar in mobile view. Is there an option to disable this?

I can’t replicate the issue on the theme’s demo site, can you? http://wp-themes.com/twentyseventeen/

If you can’t replicate it then you need to show us your website.

Yes definitely. The address bar is hiding on testsite too, Scroll down and the address bar is move up.

Which device and browser are you using? It sounds like you’re describing a browser feature, rather than a feature on your website.

IOS (chrome/safari)
Android (chrome)

Safari for example like this:

I think with the new theme(1.4)added some new scripts
https://developers.google.com/web/fundamentals/native-hardware/fullscreen/

But i want too use the old way. Always visible address bar.

I think the update of the theme/ WordPress core is a red herring, and that maybe your browser had updated at the same time. I am 90% sure the theme didn’t add this behaviour.

I don’t know what else. I think you’re facing a browser problem and not something added by WordPress.
