Hi @benjamin0630,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Can you please check the following :
– Make sure that the origin postcode matches with the country that you have selected in WooCommerce.
– Most importantly, make sure that the FedEx credentials are correct. If you are providing test credentials, then kindly disable the option “Production Key” else enable it.
If that does not solve the problem, kindly provide us the FedEx request and response information by referring the video as asked before in this thread.
Note : Do make sure to remove sensitive account info from your request.
Hi
I do using the test credentials for testing your module at the moment.
The shop location is in Taiwan and I entered a postcode in Taiwan as well.
The “production key” is disabled.
The brief error code as attached previously.
Here is the screen capture of all the debug result that uploaded on the google cloud.

Could you please help to check if anything is wrong or anything I need to provide?
Looking forward to your reply.
Hi @benjamin0630,
I can see that the destination address does not have postcode, city, state fields filled . Only country is provided as Taiwan. Can you please go to the checkout page and fill these details and then check whether the rates are coming?
Hi
Thank you very much for your suggestions.
The module works now! 🙂
