Question about free vs paid listings functionality in WP Job Manager

Hello! We use WP Job Manager with Listify to create a directory website. We have a free and a paid listing option, and have a few questions about the functionality of WP Job Manager to handle them.

1) An option for a listing to change upon expiration. For example – I would like paid listings to revert to free standard listings on expiration instead of delisting

2) I would like my members to be able to ‘upgrade’ their free existing listing to a Premium paid listing.

3) The option to skip the payment process if a listing package is free. For example – I would like free normal listings and paid featured listings, but I don’t want to have users go through the add to cart process for the free listing package.

Are these things currently possible out of the box? Is there a plugin to augment these features? Or any other workaround?
