Embedding wordpress in my page

Hello everyone. I have been trying to embed WordPress into my blog page here, where ‘text here’ is the blog. I have Googled how to do this a few times, but all of the results seem to need a knowledge of PHP.
Any help?

Oh and, my website is definitely not finished yet, so don’t point out… oddities.
