Postie has the option “Automatically insert image gallery” on the image tab. Have you tried using that?
yes, i used it but postie create gallery and insert images in content…
If you are using “Preferred Text Type” set to HTML then this will happen since the html specifies where the image are displayed. You can try changing that setting to “Plain” to see if it works better.
thank you Wayne Allen
i test postie with plain text format but notinhg change …
have you other ideas?
At this point it would be helpful to see an annotated screenshot.
Additionally if you can click the debug button when there is an email waiting then send the resulting output to help@postieplugin.com
i sended log file to help@postieplugin.com
thank you for all
Thanks for the log.
There are no images in the post. You can verify this by opening the post in the editor.
There is a gallery shortcode which will display images and you have configured Postie to assign a featured image which will display an image depending on your theme.
Hi Wayne, thank you very much.
i send you an other mail with 2 images, one of a post from postie and the other load from backoffice.
you can see that in “normal” post there are images in gallery but not in content, in postie post there are images in gallery and also in content.
This issue had to do with custom features provided by the theme.
