Conflict with Gravity Forms

On 2 pages of my website, the header is not showing on mobile. When I deactivate both Booking Calendar and Gravity forms, it works. When I deactivate just one of the plugins (doesn’t matter which) it works. There seems to be some sort of conflict between the two.

There are the pages that are having issues (they are both using slightly different header styles within the theme options of the page than the other pages. I have also contacted the theme and it is nothing they can do):
